She wrote, “This Thursday marks the end of an era as we bid farewell to one of Mumbai’s most iconic destinations — BASTIAN BANDRA. A venue that gave us countless memories, unforgettable nights, and moments that shaped the city’s nightlife now takes its final bow.”

Deepak Kothari, director of Lotus Capital Financial Services, has accused Shilpa Shetty and her husband of fraud of ₹60,000 crore. This matter is also related to the couple’s closed company, Best Deal TV Pvt. Ltd. Deepak Kothari has claimed that between 2015 and 2023, he investigated Shilpa Raj’s company, Best Deal TV Pvt. Ltd., and provided ₹60 crores in the form of a loan and investment. This money was given for business expansion, but the money was used for personal expenses. Deepak said that it was a loan given for investment, but now he has been duped. EOW (Economic Offence Wing) is investigating the matter.

Shilpa Shetty said that the restaurant is going to host a special evening for loyal customers, full of nostalgia, energy, and magic. She said that the brand’s second outlet, ‘Bastian At The Top’, will continue operations on the 48^th floor at Dadar. The ritual of Arcane Affair will continue.

This restaurant opened in 2016. Shilpa Shetty is caught in a fraud case, which is why she is closing it.

In 2023, the restaurant was relocated and made bigger. It is famous for seafood specialty dishes like crab and lobster. Bastian Bandra was a hub for Mumbai’s nightlife.
