Story of the Film Aabeer Gulaal

Aabeer Gulaal is the story of two people. The role of Gulaal is played by Vaani Kapoor, who lives is Rajasthan. The film starts with her engagement. She wants to pursue her passion by becoming a chef. Suddenly, she came to know from her friend about a contest in which people from London have come and are looking for a chef. Gulaal convinces are grandmother, Farida Jalal and goes to become a chef.

Fawad Khan, who plays the role of Aabeer, is shown as a culinary arts expert who is the judge of the event in which Gulaal is participating. The next day it is known that Gulaal was the girl who was chosen as a chef. Fawad takes him along with him. A friend receives them in London. She gets drunk, and her father blocks her debit card. Fawad Khan comes to her rescue.

In the movie, Fawad Khan removed her from the job due to her lack of seriousness and frequent tardiness. She has to open her dance club. This story is about how Abeer and Gulaal fall in love. So, this is the story of the film.

The screenplay of the film isn’t unique. The film gets slow in the second half. The script of the film could be better. There are comedy scenes along with the dance of a police officer.

Amit Trivedi has given the music for the film. He has magnificently blended folk and contemporary sounds in the film. The dancing tunes are quite good.

Overall, this movie turns out to be a predictable romantic movie with a sprinkle of wit.
