Abhinay Kinger acted in Tamil and Malayalam language films. He passed away at 4.00 am on November 10, 2025, in Chennai at the age of 44 due to liver complications.

Abhinay made his debut in the 2002 film Thulluvadho Ilamai, directed by Kasthuri Raja. The film was a success, which made him appear in lead roles. He also appeared in an advertisement for Oreo Biscuits, Crownply. He also worked as a dubbing artist, providing the voice of Vidyut Jamwal in Thuppakki (2012) and Anjaan (2014).

Actor Abhinay was suffering from liver cirrhosis. The treatment was over. He had breathing issues for two to three days. After being discharged from the hospital, a night passed, and in the morning, he was found to be dead.

Abhinay was single. His parents had passed away. Bala and actor Dhanush have helped him. Despite months of ill health, he continued working, with several actors, including Dhanush and KPY Bala stepping in to support his treatment. No relatives came to claim his body. Fans and colleagues pour in tributes for the late actor.

Abhinay was the son of Malayalam actress T.B. Radhamani’s son. She made her debut as a child artist in the Malayalam film Uttarayanam (1974). Police had to be involved to keep the body at his rented home.

The Nadigar Sangam has been requested to conduct the last rites, as Abhinay had no family, according to his team. With the involvement of the Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board, the media, and the police, his body was kept in a rented house. The public will be allowed to pay their respects. Abhinay’s team has yet to announce details of the funeral.
