Karisma Kapoor Reaches Delhi with kids to Claim Share in Sanjay Kapoor’s 40,000 Crore Property. Tensions have erupted in Karisma Kapoor’s in-laws’ household, as disputes over Sanjay Kapoor’s property surfaced barely two weeks after his death.

Karishma’s mother-in-law, Rani Kapoor, has written a letter alleging that someone wants to usurp her property. She was referring to Sanjay Kapoor’s third wife, Priya Sachdev. Priya Sachdev is AGM at Sona Comstar after Sanjay’s death. It is believed that she can present her claim in Sanjay’s company and his property.

Meanwhile, Karishma Kapoor has also reached Delhi to claim the rights of her two children on the property worth Rs 40 crore.

Sometime ago, Karishma was seen leaving the Delhi airport with her two children. Sanjay Kapoor, who was 52 years old, died suddenly while playing polo in London on June 12. He could not make anyone the heir to his property. In such a situation, legally, his property went to his third wife, Priya Sachdev.

Karishma Kapoor is concerned that all the property may go to Priya and her son, who is Sanjay Kapoor’s third child. It is believed that Karishma will assert the claim of both her children on Sanjay’s property and demand that it be divided into three parts, out of which two parts will be given to Karishma Kapoor’s children. One part of the property will go to Priya and her son.

Karishma is not going to give up the rights of her children at any cost. Sanjay Kapoor has been married thrice. His first marriage was to fashion designer Nandita Mahtani, which ended in four years. He married Karishma Kapoor in 2003. Karishma and Sanjay Kapoor got divorced in 2016. After that, in 2017, he married Priya Sachdev.

Sanjay’s company, Sona Comstar, is a well-known auto parts manufacturing company. His business is spread across European countries. The question that remains is how Karishma will ensure her children’s entitlement to the property.
