Prabhas Shines in Double Role as Horror Comedy Raja Saab Promises Thrills and Fun
Raja Saab stars Prabhas is a Telugu romantic horror comedy entertainer. It is directed by Maruthi. It will release on January 9, 2026. The makers of the movie have released the 3-minute 34-second trailer on 28 September 2025.
Prabhas’ movie Raja Saab has been released. An attempt has been made to create a dark mood. Then some shots are mysterious and a little spooky. Prabhas looks much leaner and muscular in the movie.
A woman walking through so much water. It is then shown that someone is sitting near the tunnel or cave. Light is coming from behind. They showed a monster with a tongue out. This movie is a horror comedy. The trend of horror comedy is in vogue. The character of Prabhas shows goofiness and is jovial. A few scenes of love and romance were shown. There is a shot of Sanjay Dutt. Prabhas himself has given a voice to his character.
The VFX in the movie looks good. The sand getting stuck in the feet or that whole smoke simulation of a ghost, was done. There is a long sequence shown in the trailer for the last minute, which increases the interest of the audience. Prabhas is coming in a double role. It will be interesting to see such a big actor like Prabhas is doing a movie in such a genre. He will be seen fighting with ten people, picking up a crocodile, and throwing it. He will smoke a cigar in a swag style.
Raja Saab has a budget of around Rs 400 to Rs 450 crore. The story is of a jovial boy who comes to know about an old lineage. Sanjay Dutt’s character can be seen doing some magic spells and witchcraft. The music of the movie is composed by SS Thaman.
Now, it remains to be seen whether Raja Saab can work his magic on the audience.
