India Shines at Mrs. Universe 2025 as Sherry Singh Brings Home the Crown
Sherry Singh has won the Mrs. Universe 2025 title. The 48th edition of the pageant happened at Okada, Manila, Philippines, on 10 October 2025. There were over 120 contestants from all over the world who participated in this grand event.
This is the first time that India has won the prestigious title. Sherry Singh left everyone behind with her talent, confidence, and deep thinking. She won the crown by defeating a competitor from St. Petersburg. While the Philippines stood third and Russia fourth. On stage, Sherry Singh impressed the judges with her confidence, dignity, and thoughts on women’s empowerment.
Sherry Singh also stressed the importance of mental health awareness, which won everyone’s hearts. She participated in this competition after winning the title of Mrs. India 2025. Her performance mesmerized not only the judges but also the audience. Her victory is proof that Indian women are superior not only in beauty but also in intelligence, confidence, and social outlook. After wearing the crown, an emotional Sherry Singh said, “This victory is not just mine but of every woman who has dared to dream beyond these limits. I wanted to show the world that true beauty is defined by strength, kindness, and tolerance.
As soon as the stage was showered with confetti and the Indian tricolour flag was hoisted, every Indian present there was filled with pride. Urmi Mala Borwa, National Director of UMB pageants, also expressed happiness over this historic moment and said that Sherry Singh’s victory is a matter of pride for India.
